		<description>&lt;p&gt;You had me at "Harry Truman."  My response to this is, yes, yes and yes.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Right now I only have time to address the thing about the stupid co-workers.  At work we have a guy that the stupid pointy-haired boss keeps promoting, even though the guy is a complete dumbass (hereby referred to as "Dumbass" for the remainder of this submission), who, because of his poor work ethic, creates more work for everyone else.  The saying around my company is, "'A' quality managers hire 'A' and 'B' quality people.  'B' quality managers hire 'B' and 'C' quality people."  And so on and so forth.  When I used to be a retail manager, my district manager used to try and push us to hire quality people saying, "You usually hire what you know, people who are a lot like you with your own strengths and weaknesses."  And so, a lot of the problem we're having with other employees stem from the managers who are making the hiring decisions.&lt;/p&gt;
