I made an account there, and I don't know why I'm hesitant to try it. I'd miss the email, but I guess I could live without it. Another problem that I wasn't anticipating is that halffull is getting more and more popular, and right now I have ridiculously high bandwidth "limits". I'm still a factor of 10 away from matching the price/bandwidth barrier for NFS, but I'm thinking ahead.

Switched to NFS many months ago. The only inaccuracy with the above is regarding their support. Their support is surprisingly terrific! I've gotten quick, precise, knowledgeable responses within ten minutes of sending off support emails. I could swear this is a one-man show because it's always the same guy who responds to me.
My only complaint is lack of email.
HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended though.

Hosted two little sites with them for the past three months and your description is accurate. I forward my emails to fastmail.fm, but use another provider for DNS (perhaps an odd set-up). Fine for me, only cost a few cents so far, but I did need to spend an hour or more figuring out what to do. They do seem to be down today...

I've been using them for just short of two weeks now, and I've been quite pleased with the service and reliability. So far it has cost me about a dollar, plus the domain name registration.
